WYEAST L5335 LACTOBACILLUS BUCHNERI
Melkesyrebakterier isolert fra et belgisk bryggeri. Denne kulturen produserer moderate nivåer av surhet og finnes ofte i mange typer øl, inkludert gueuze, lambics, sur brun øl og Berliner Weisse. Den brukes alltid sammen med S.cerevisiae og ofte med forskjellige villgjær. Bruk i vørter eller øl under 10 IBU anbefales på grunn av kulturens følsomhet for humleforbindelser.

Lactic acid bacteria isolated from a Belgian brewery. This culture produces moderate levels of acidity and is commonly found in many types of beers including gueuze, lambics, sour brown ales and Berliner Weisse. It is always used in conjunction with S.cerevisiae and often with various wild yeast. Use in wort or beer below 10 IBU is recommended due to the culture’s sensitivity to hop compounds.
